This role sits at the center of a fast-growing fintech partnership ecosystem focused on expanding access to retirement savings for SMBs across the country. You will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and scaling strategic relationships with key distribution partners, including brokers, CPA networks, HCM providers, and financial advisors. The position blends consultative relationship management with performance-driven sales execution, requiring both strategic thinking and strong operational follow-through. You will play a critical role in accelerating referral pipelines and enabling partners to drive new business growth. Working in a high-velocity environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance. This is a highly autonomous role where creativity, resilience, and ownership directly translate into measurable business impact and long-term partner success.
