The Director, Support Delivery is responsible for ensuring every customer interaction meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and responsiveness across multiple support tiers. You will lead and develop frontline and specialist support teams while building a strong coaching culture grounded in clear performance standards. This position plays a critical role in shaping escalation processes, improving resolution outcomes, and strengthening feedback loops with Product and Engineering. You will also partner closely with Learning and Development and Workforce Management to ensure teams are equipped, staffed, and continuously improving.
