HRIS Manager

In this role, you will shape the strategy, structure, and evolution of a complex HR technology ecosystem that supports thousands of employees and students across multiple locations. You will act as both a strategic partner and hands-on system expert, ensuring HR systems are optimized, integrated, and aligned with organizational goals. The position combines HR technology leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT teams. You will play a key role in improving data integrity, system efficiency, and user experience across a wide range of HR platforms.
