People Systems Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, systems administration, and data analytics, supporting the smooth functioning of critical People processes across a global organization. You will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining HR systems, primarily Workday, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless employee experience across multiple HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and open enrollment. The position requires close collaboration with HR, Total Rewards, Talent, and IT teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable HR technology solutions. You will also contribute to system enhancements, reporting solutions, and process improvements that strengthen HR operational excellence. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, the role demands strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
