You will act as a key point of contact for smaller, less complex accounts, managing inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs and strengthen long-term partnerships. The position combines relationship management, sales execution, and service optimization in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell additional services while ensuring customer satisfaction and contract continuity. Working closely with internal sales leadership, you will track performance, manage account activity, and contribute directly to revenue retention goals.
