This role leads the strategy and execution of sales product enablement across a large, cross-functional go-to-market organization, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and programs needed to perform at a high level. You will manage a team responsible for building scalable enablement solutions, including training programs, playbooks, certification paths, and launch communications that directly impact sales effectiveness. The position requires close partnership with product, marketing, and sales leadership to translate complex product and operational changes into clear, actionable learning experiences. You will play a critical role in driving adoption of new tools and processes while improving consistency, ramp time, and overall sales productivity. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused leadership role that blends program management, content design, and performance measurement.
