Job description
Key responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Content Design: Design and deliver training, onboarding, tools, and collateral for internal teams, partners, and store advisors.
Commercial Productivity: Collaborate with sales teams to identify knowledge gaps among clients and staff.
Commercial Support & Issue Resolution: Channel commercial needs to the corresponding areas (operations, product, support, training) and follow up on incidents.
Commercial Feedback: Maintain a structured feedback channel, documenting field findings, prioritizing inputs, and proposing improvements to recurring friction points.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data at scale (KPIs, KBIs, KKIs, KSIs), measure the ROI of initiatives and promotions, and present clear, actionable reports for decision-makers.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing.
1-2 years in Sales or Marketing areas. Finance and Startup experience is a plus.
High capacity for organization, communication, and relationships
Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement, and to work with large and complex datasets.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and priorities; and to adapt to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
Highly comfortable and proficient with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
