Senior Safety Manager

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across large-scale construction projects in highly complex and fast-paced environments. You will act as a key on-site safety leader, providing operational support, guidance, and oversight across multiple active projects, often stepping in to maintain continuity when safety management coverage is required. The position combines hands-on field presence with strategic oversight of safety systems, risk management, and compliance performance. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to reinforce a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory and client requirements are consistently met.
