EHS Manager

This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving environmental, health, safety, and regulatory excellence across multi-site retail and distribution operations. You will ensure full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations while building and sustaining a strong safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, you will partner with operations, supply chain, and corporate teams to identify risks, implement consistent EHS standards, and support safe business growth. The position also plays a critical role in managing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory alignment. You will lead audits, incident investigations, and compliance programs while engaging with regulators and internal stakeholders.
