Installation Manager

This role sits at the center of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure deployment supporting national air traffic control systems. You will lead field installation teams working in highly regulated and operationally sensitive environments across the country, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution of technical deployments. Acting as both a strategic coordinator and hands-on leader, you will oversee scheduling, staffing, risk management, and execution across multiple concurrent projects. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success. You will also contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of installation processes.
