Acting as a key driver of growth and engagement, you will build data-driven, AI-enabled lifecycle programs that improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value. You will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to remove friction across the customer journey.
