This is a senior, hands-on recruitment role focused on delivering end-to-end IT talent acquisition for global customers across multiple technology domains. You will act as a trusted hiring partner, directly engaging with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. The role requires strong ownership across the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to offer closure and candidate onboarding. You will manage high-volume, international IT hiring mandates while maintaining speed, quality, and SLA compliance. Operating in a bilingual environment, you will also manage Japanese-speaking hiring needs, making this a highly specialized and impactful position. This is an individual contributor role where autonomy, customer interaction, and execution excellence are key to success.
