Your work directly impacts service levels, patient safety, and turnaround times across high-volume, regulated workflows. Operating in a fast-paced and highly dynamic setting, you will oversee real-time adherence and intraday decision-making to respond to volume fluctuations and operational disruptions. This role requires a balance of strategic workforce planning, hands-on operational leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
