This is a high-impact, strategic enablement role focused on empowering post-sales technical teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in a fast-scaling cloud security environment. You will design and lead global technical enablement programs that equip Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams with the deep product knowledge and operational expertise they need to succeed. Acting as a bridge between Product, Operations, and field teams, you will translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable guidance. The role combines program ownership, technical storytelling, and hands-on enablement delivery. You will play a critical part in ensuring customers successfully deploy, adopt, and expand platform usage.
