This role is a highly technical, field-based leadership position focused on the installation, commissioning, and onsite support of large-scale power transformers up to 850 MVA / 500 kV. You will operate in complex industrial environments where precision, safety, and quality are critical to successful project delivery. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with supervisory responsibility, guiding subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary field teams. You will act as the key technical representative during customer engagements, ensuring alignment between engineering standards and field execution.
