Sr. Substation Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of high-voltage substation projects that support critical power infrastructure across utility, renewable, industrial, and telecommunications sectors. You will take a leading technical role in both physical and protection & control (P&C) engineering activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical system performance. Working within small, multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with engineers and project stakeholders to deliver end-to-end substation solutions. The position combines hands-on engineering design with project coordination responsibilities, including technical reviews, calculations, and construction documentation. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements while supporting project execution from concept through delivery.
