About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness:  prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

The Logistics Manager supports the commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects at Flow, serving as a key technical resource for cost control and material procurement. In this role, you'll perform precise quantification, cost estimation, and procurement coordination—preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing day-to-day contract administration to keep projects within approved budgets.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations

  • Support preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts

  • Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and project documentation

  • Source, prequalify, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and follow up for timely responses

  • Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements

  • Support negotiations and assist with purchase order and subcontract issuance

  • Coordinate with site and planning teams to ensure timely material delivery

  • Liaise with engineers, site teams, consultants, and vendors

  • Track procurement status and maintain delivery schedules, procurement logs, and cost records

  • Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • 5–8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and/or procurement
  • Background in mid- to large-scale real estate development, with experience at a developer, project management consultancy, or tier-one contracting firm
  • Multi-disciplinary quantity take-off experience (Civil, Interior, MEP)
  • Familiarity with international contract forms, including FIDIC
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) a plus
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and material standards
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
