This is a newly created position within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, and collaborating closely with senior leaders across Brand, Performance Marketing, Web, CRM, and Sales.
We are looking for an expert to elevate and innovate our Marketing Analytics capability, with a primary focus on driving Client Acquisition and Retention. Working hand-in-hand with our Digital Experience Team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our in-house tracking, CRO, and analytics frameworks, backed by a generous media budget and a tier-1 tech stack.
While this role sits within the Growth department rather than the centralised Data team, you aren't doing this alone, you will be fully supported by a world-class, 25-strong Data Analytics function providing data architecture, engineering, AI, and pipeline support.
Own marketing tracking & measurement, including GA4, GTM, data layers, advanced event tracking and privacy-compliant data collection.
Lead CRO measurement & experimentation, identifying opportunities, ensuring robust test tracking, and analysing results to drive conversion and customer experience.
Build full-funnel marketing analytics, connecting data across GA4, media channels, CRM, web/app and sales platforms to understand acquisition and retention.
Deliver actionable insights, using ad-hoc analysis and performance reporting to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.
Partner cross-functionally with Data, Marketing, Digital, Product, Engineering and Sales teams to deliver high-quality analytics and measurement initiatives.
Shape the future measurement strategy, progressing towards a modern framework spanning media mix modelling, multi-touch attribution and experimentation/incrementality.
3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or Digital Analytics, with strong hands-on expertise in GA4 and GTM.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, customer journeys, attribution and performance measurement across acquisition and retention.
Technical and analytical capability, with a passion for MarTech, tracking, experimentation and evolving privacy technologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear commercial insights.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, with experience working across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams in complex environments.
Proactive and commercially minded, comfortable owning new initiatives, navigating ambiguity and using data to improve customer experience and business growth.
