About the role
The Senior Marketing Specialist - HomeMade plays a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives that support brand growth, customer acquisition and retention.
Working within the Growth Team and dedicated to HomeMade, the role partners closely with the Senior Marketing Manager - HomeMade to keep priorities aligned, projects moving and campaigns delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that brings integrated marketing initiatives to life across Brand, Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales and Digital Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Marketing Initiatives
Independently manage projects from briefing through to delivery, measurement and review.
Develop clear briefs, timelines, success measures and stakeholder plans.
Coordinate deliverables, approvals and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
Identify risks, remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
Create Compelling Communications
Write and edit copy for websites, emails, campaigns, social content, customer communications and sales collateral.
Translate complex service, funding, pricing and regulatory information into clear, accessible messaging.
Maintain HomeMade’s approved messaging, proof points, claims and terminology.
Identify opportunities to improve communication across the customer journey.
Shape Propositions and Customer Experiences
Support the development of customer propositions, offers and go-to-market plans.
Apply customer, competitor and market insights to campaign and proposition development.
Help deliver a clear and consistent HomeMade experience across key customer touchpoints.
Turn Insights into Actions
Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, competitor activity and market trends.
Support customer research and competitor analysis.
Conduct post-campaign reviews and recommend practical improvements.
Use insights to strengthen messaging, creative, propositions and customer journeys.
Build Strong Relationships
Act as a key connection point between HomeMade and specialist Growth teams.
Lead project meetings and clearly communicate priorities, progress, timelines and risks.
Navigate different perspectives and build alignment across stakeholders.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to internal teams, agencies and suppliers.
Improve ways of working across planning, briefing, delivery and approvals.
What You'll Bring
2–4 years' experience in a marketing, marketing coordination or campaign support role.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working across a broad range of marketing disciplines
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to coordinate across multiple teams.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and no two weeks look the same.
Experience in aged care, healthcare, financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
