This role is responsible for shaping and scaling a customer advocacy function that elevates customer voices and transforms them into a core driver of brand trust and business growth. You will build and execute programs that showcase customer success stories, strengthen engagement, and expand community influence across multiple channels. Acting as both strategist and hands-on builder, you will design initiatives such as case studies, reference programs, speaking opportunities, and customer recognition efforts. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and community building, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to amplify authentic experiences that demonstrate product value and impact. This is a highly visible position in a fast-paced environment where you will create a program from the ground up and directly influence customer loyalty and advocacy strategy.
