The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with HR, finance, external vendors, and legal partners. You will play a critical role in monitoring evolving legislation and translating it into actionable program adjustments. In addition, you will help strengthen employee understanding of benefits through clear communication and education initiatives.
