The position acts as a strategic partner to revenue leadership, translating high-level GTM strategy into scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable predictable revenue growth. It combines hands-on operational execution with technical system ownership, including GTM architecture, data pipelines, and automation strategy. The role also leads two functional managers and plays a key part in shaping how sales, marketing, and revenue operations function together at scale. Operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, this leader will drive both near-term execution and long-term operational design. It is ideal for someone who thrives in building from the ground up while developing high-performing teams.
