Staff Service Recruitment Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of independent service providers to support efficient home warranty service delivery. You will play a key part in ensuring service coverage by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting providers across your assigned region. Working closely with regional service leadership, you will help close network gaps, maintain service levels, and ensure smooth operational execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously. You will also act as a key communication bridge between internal teams and external service providers.
