ServiceNow Business Analyst

This role plays a pivotal part in bridging business needs and technical execution within ServiceNow implementation programs. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and technical experts to translate operational challenges into clear, structured requirements that guide successful platform solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will facilitate discovery sessions, shape process improvements, and ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivery outcomes. The position requires strong analytical thinking and communication skills, as you will support everything from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing. You will also contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution validation in an Agile environment. Beyond project delivery, you will help drive adoption, documentation quality, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow practices.
