This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a best-in-class, end-to-end patient experience across complex therapeutic areas in immunology and rare diseases. The position plays a pivotal role in defining how patients are supported from diagnosis through treatment initiation, adherence, and long-term disease management. It requires a strong blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership within a highly matrixed environment. The role drives integration across patient advocacy, support programs, marketing, and field education to ensure a seamless and personalized journey. Acting as a key member of the US leadership team, this leader will influence enterprise strategy while embedding patient-centricity across all commercial and medical initiatives.
