Lead IT Database Administrator

In this role, you will act as a senior technical leader responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and scalability of critical database environments supporting large-scale, high-transaction platforms. You will take ownership of complex Oracle-based ecosystems, including Exadata and cloud-based deployments, driving optimization and reliability across mission-critical workloads. Working at the intersection of infrastructure, application, and engineering teams, you will solve deep performance challenges and guide architectural decisions. You will also play a key role in defining standards, improving operational maturity, and mentoring other DBAs. This position requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to operate in high-pressure production environments.
