Sr Database Administrator

In this role, you will take ownership of the stability, performance, and security of enterprise SQL Server environments that support critical, 24x7 business operations. You will be responsible for designing and managing high availability and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring seamless continuity across on-premises and cloud platforms. The position requires strong expertise in SQL Server administration, performance optimization, and production support in mission-critical environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, development, and cloud teams to build scalable and resilient database architectures. This role also involves proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of database systems. It is a high-impact position where you will also mentor junior DBAs and contribute to operational excellence across the team.
