This role is an opportunity for an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of complex Commercial General Liability claims within a high-performing insurance environment. You will handle mid-to-high severity cases, including litigated and catastrophic bodily injury claims, while ensuring accurate coverage analysis, investigation, reserving, and resolution strategies. The position requires strong technical judgment, customer focus, and the ability to operate within defined authority levels while collaborating with senior claims leadership when needed. You will play a critical role in delivering timely, fair, and well-documented claim outcomes that align with best practices. Working in a dynamic and service-driven environment, you will also engage with insureds, brokers, and stakeholders to support claims excellence.
