Certified Medical Assistant

This role supports the delivery of virtual healthcare services by guiding patients through every step of their telehealth experience. You will act as a key clinical support resource in a remote care environment, ensuring patients are properly prepared for their visits and that all intake information is accurate and complete. The position blends clinical knowledge, patient communication, and technology support to improve access to care at scale. You will work closely with nursing teams to escalate clinical concerns and help prioritize patient needs based on intake data and vital signs.
