Application Analyst- Patient Access

In this role, you will support and optimize critical Patient Access applications that enable healthcare operations and improve patient experience across the care journey. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing healthcare IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring stability, usability, and performance. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The role combines application support, configuration, troubleshooting, and small-scale project management within a complex healthcare ecosystem. You will also play a key part in ensuring Epic system functionality, particularly within Patient Access workflows such as scheduling, registration, and referrals.
