This leadership role is responsible for driving commercial performance across Western Canada, ensuring revenue growth, strong pipeline management, and operational excellence within a complex sales environment. You will lead and align a high-performing sales team, guiding Account Managers and Account Executives to achieve ambitious regional targets. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and customer-facing engagement with senior stakeholders across key accounts. You will also play a central role in shaping sales execution, optimizing deal structures, and improving forecast accuracy. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will ensure a coordinated and value-driven approach across all interactions. This is a field-based leadership position requiring strong presence with customers and partners, as well as close collaboration with internal teams.
