This role is part of a global onboarding operations team responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient activation of A2P messaging services for enterprise customers. You will act as a dedicated onboarding expert, guiding customers through setup processes, resolving configuration issues, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with SLAs. The position combines customer engagement, operational execution, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will collaborate closely with internal operations and product teams to optimize onboarding workflows and improve customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
