The position plays a critical role in transforming raw renewal data into actionable insights that support forecasting, retention strategies, and revenue predictability. You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Customer Operations, IT, and Sales teams to ensure systems and workflows are optimized for efficiency and automation. A strong emphasis is placed on building structured renewal operations where little formal process exists today.
