You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven systems that transform how acquisition teams identify, evaluate, and engage with target companies. Operating within a global, decentralized investment ecosystem, you will directly influence how deal sourcing, research, and due diligence are executed at scale. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong business and M&A understanding, enabling smarter and faster decision-making across the entire deal lifecycle. You will work closely with senior corporate development leaders to build intelligent automation frameworks and data-driven workflows.
