You will work directly with enterprise clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The position involves designing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven automation systems that improve resolution speed, containment rates, and customer satisfaction. You will operate in a highly technical, fast-paced environment where you own deployments end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration. This is a hands-on role that blends coding, systems integration, and customer-facing problem solving. You will also collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape the evolution of an agentic AI platform based on real-world deployment insights.
