Application Support Engineer

You will work closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to troubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and support continuous platform improvements. You will also contribute to root cause analysis and long-term fixes that improve platform resilience. Operating in a 24/7 support model, you will collaborate across global teams in a remote-first setup.
