Who You Are

At Justworks, we’re on a mission to support and empower small and medium-sized businesses by providing a simple and friendly platform, expert support, and access to vital benefits. We believe that great design is at the heart of this mission and we’re looking for a curious, empathetic, and passionate Content Designer to join our Experience Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft content that is not only engaging and effective but also integral to the overall user experience.

As a Content Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to design and deliver the Justworks experience. You care deeply about creating knowledge that people can trust. You're energized by organizing information, improving documentation, and making it easier for others to find the answers they need.

You enjoy bringing order to complexity. Whether you're improving an article, identifying duplicate content, refining metadata, or helping subject matter experts write clearer documentation, you're always looking for ways to make a knowledge base healthier and easier to maintain.

You understand that great knowledge doesn't happen by accident. It requires thoughtful structure, strong editorial practices, and ongoing stewardship. You're comfortable collaborating with contributors across the business, coaching them through content creation, and helping improve the systems and processes that support high-quality documentation.
