As a Software Engineer II (Full Stack) on the Health team, you will build and maintain the clinical tools that power WHOOP's healthcare initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Clinical teams to build intuitive user experiences in React and TypeScript, backed by reliable Java services and cloud infrastructure. The Health team works at the forefront of digital health, developing products and insights that improve health outcomes while maintaining the highest standards for security, privacy, and reliability.

  • Design and implement secure backend services and APIs that protect sensitive health information and support scalable, reliable clinical workflows

  • Translate product requirements into technical solutions, identify risks early, and deliver features through iterative development

  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices across the team

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
