Job description

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.

WHOOP is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative partnership to our Chief Product Officer. This individual will play a critical role in enabling the CPO to operate effectively by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and driving seamless day-to-day operations. As WHOOP continues its rapid expansion, we may also consider exceptional candidates from this process for future Executive Assistant opportunities supporting other senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and, over time, other senior executives by managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Anticipate executive needs by preparing meeting materials, managing action items, drafting communications, and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for key decisions, presentations, and initiatives.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, executive meetings, offsites, All Hands, and other organizational events with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Serve as a trusted partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership teams by facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and helping drive alignment on priorities.

  • Manage confidential information with sound judgment while continuously improving administrative processes and identifying opportunities to increase executive efficiency and team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, travel, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting communications on behalf of senior executives.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.

  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.

  • Experience planning and executing executive meetings, offsites, and cross-functional events.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience using collaboration and expense management tools.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
