Overview
Join a global team shaping next‑generation Generative AI used by millions. We’re seeking detail‑oriented Ukrainian professionals based in Poland to review and annotate multilingual and multimodal content, helping train high‑quality AI systems.

Location: Remote, Poland
Contract Type: Freelance (Contract)
Compensation: $10/hour

What You’ll Do

Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated outputs across text, image, audio, and video

Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines

Flag edge cases, errors, and areas for improvement in model outputs and instructions

Create and refine high‑quality datasets to train and validate advanced AI models

Participate in calibration sessions and quality alignment activities

Provide clear feedback to improve workflows, tools, and annotation guidelines

Requirements:

Native‑level proficiency in Ukrainian
Strong written communication skills in English
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proven experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields
Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and meet deadlines
Based in Poland and able to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multilingual or multimedia content (text, images, audio, video)
Familiarity with annotation platforms and productivity tools (e.g., task trackers, spreadsheets)
Background in AI/ML data operations, content moderation, or linguistic QA
