The ideal candidate combines solid technical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment within established processes, and a customer-focused approach, and operates effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment for end users.
  • Deliver white-glove support for executive users, executive assistants, board-related activities, and visiting leaders with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
  • Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive meetings, leadership reviews, and other high-visibility events.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD in accordance with established security and compliance requirements.
  • Support endpoint management and security controls to maintain a secure and compliant computing environment.
  • Perform local IT asset lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and software licensing information using IT service management and asset management tools.
  • Respond to and resolve service requests and technical incidents in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues through established support paths.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support enterprise IT operations and coordinated issue resolution.
  • Participate in planned maintenance activities and support occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities as required.
  • Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support roles.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives, executive assistants, or other VIP users in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems in a business environment.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity and access management concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, software, operating system, and basic collaboration technology issues.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, and wireless networking.
  • Experience using IT service management and asset management platforms such as Jira Service Management, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, urgency, and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and support occasional after-hours maintenance activities.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • 6+ years of enterprise IT experience.
  • Experience providing executive or white-glove technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
