This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the global HR risk and compliance strategy across a complex, multinational environment. It plays a critical part in strengthening governance, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding proactive risk management into HR operations worldwide. The role oversees the design and continuous improvement of HR compliance frameworks, policies, and control structures to ensure consistency, scalability, and accountability across regions. It requires close partnership with senior HR and business leaders to translate evolving regulations into practical operational guidance. The position also leads global Centers of Excellence, ensuring strong oversight of key HR risk domains such as immigration, background screening, workers’ compensation, and records management. It is a highly influential role that supports enterprise decision-making and reinforces a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
