Head of Product

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling crypto and fintech organization building next-generation financial infrastructure for on-chain markets. You will own the entire product function, shaping vision, strategy, and execution across a growing portfolio of products at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized finance. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will translate ambitious company goals into a clear, actionable roadmap while ensuring strong alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, combining deep product intuition with the ability to execute in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary product organization, set high standards for product excellence, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.
