This role combines deep product leadership with strong technical and financial infrastructure expertise, ensuring seamless delivery of complex blockchain-based solutions. You will define product vision, own the roadmap, and act as the final decision-maker across competing priorities, including client demands, engineering constraints, and regulatory requirements. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will translate institutional needs into scalable product solutions while maintaining strict scope discipline. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with engineering teams, external partners, and market stakeholders. You will ensure the platform evolves in alignment with long-term architecture, compliance standards, and institutional adoption goals.
