You will own the full technical and product direction of a large-scale video platform, working directly with the CEO as the primary engineering authority. The role combines deep hands-on technical involvement with strategic leadership, shaping architecture, product evolution, and team structure across a distributed engineering organization. You will guide the modernization of a complex AWS-based infrastructure, lead a remote engineering team, and define the roadmap for video delivery, monetization, and AI-driven innovation.
