You will lead complex, cross-functional Value & Access programs spanning Market Access and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), ensuring disciplined execution across global stakeholders. Acting as a central orchestrator, you will connect teams across Finance, Commercial, Medical, Analytics, and regional functions to align strategy with execution. The role requires strong analytical rigor, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams in a regulated, data-driven environment. You will contribute directly to improving healthcare outcomes by enabling scalable access to life-saving diagnostic technologies while working within a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
