You will oversee operational performance for a specific AR scope such as payer groups, denial categories, billing workflows, or collections queues, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial outcomes. Unlike traditional end-to-end revenue cycle roles, this position focuses on modular ownership while collaborating across adjacent teams to optimize overall client performance. You will lead large distributed teams, maintain direct client-facing responsibility, and operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role requires strong operational discipline, real-time decision-making, and the ability to translate complex workflows into measurable results. It is highly visible, leadership-intensive, and central to improving healthcare revenue performance at scale.
