This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling and shaping a fast-growing EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise sales organization within a global cybersecurity environment. You will lead a team of Account Executives operating across direct, expansion, and channel sales motions, driving revenue growth while building a high-performance, coaching-driven culture. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct involvement in deal strategy, pipeline development, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to refine messaging, improve conversion, and strengthen go-to-market effectiveness. Acting as a key voice in the sales organization, you will translate market insights into actionable improvements for processes, playbooks, and customer experience.
