This role plays a critical function in ensuring compliance, patient safety, and regulatory integrity across a national network of healthcare and transplant institutions. The Site Visit Lead/Investigator is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting both routine and investigative site visits, which may occur onsite or virtually. You will evaluate clinical and operational processes, ensuring alignment with federal regulations, OPTN policies, and patient safety standards. The position requires strong investigative judgment, clinical understanding, and the ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder engagements. Working closely with subject matter experts and federal partners, you will help identify risks, validate compliance gaps, and support corrective actions. This is a highly detail-oriented and mission-driven role that directly contributes to improving healthcare quality and transplant system oversight nationwide.
