Product Manager (Monetization)

You will own the monetization strategy behind a subscription-based product designed for job seekers, shaping how value is revealed, priced, and converted across the user journey. The role goes beyond traditional product management, requiring a balance of analytical thinking, UX intuition, and experimentation mindset. You will define and optimize the free-to-paid experience, ensuring it drives sustainable revenue while preserving trust and user value. Working closely with design, engineering, data, and AI teams, you will influence both strategic direction and hands-on execution. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where product decisions directly impact users’ career journeys.
